1. At the Hsinchu Interchange, take the Guangfu Exit. Drive on the Guangfu Road Elevated expressway toward the city center, take the Minzu Road Exit. Follow Dongda Road, turn left onto Zhongyang Road, then right onto Zhongzheng Road.

2. At the Hsinchu Interchange, take the Freeway No. 5 Exit. Drive on the Guangfu Road Elevated Expressway toward Dongguang Road Bridge. Continue to Zhongyang Road the city center, take the Minzu Road Exit. Follow Dongda Road, turn left onto Zhongyang Road, then right onto Zhongzheng Road.

At the Jiadong Road Interchange take Chaiqiao Road, then Daming Lake Road, then Nanda Road, turn right at Xida Road. Turn right onto Zhongshan Road.
